These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of art-aurora.com and any purchase you make from it. The store is operated by WESTMINSTER STERLING QUALITY RETAIL LIMITED (“Art Aurora”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17322636, registered office: 105 Eliot Drive, Wigan, England, WN3 5TS, United Kingdom. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.
1. Products & availability
We sell home decor and small furniture. All products are described and photographed as accurately as possible; because we work with natural materials, minor variation in wood grain, stone veining, glaze and hand-blown glass is inherent to each piece, and colours may render differently across screens. All items are subject to availability — if an item you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you promptly and offer a substitute or a full refund.
2. Prices & payment
All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD). Payment is collected at checkout and processed securely by Stripe; we accept major credit and debit cards. We never see or store your full card details. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if an error affects your order, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.
3. Orders
An order is an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance by email. We may decline or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability — with a full refund in every such case.
4. Shipping
Shipping methods, costs and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
5. Returns & refunds
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery under the conditions described in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable statutory rights you have in your country of residence.
6. Product safety & intended use
Our products are household objects intended for normal domestic, indoor use. Follow the guidance on the Care & Materials page — in particular: never leave burning candles unattended; mount mirrors, shelves and hooks into a suitable wall structure using the supplied hardware; observe the stated weight limits for furniture and shelving; and use lamps only with bulbs of the stated fitting and wattage.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site — product designs, photography, text and branding — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; the version published at the time you place your order applies to that order.
